This cancellation and refund policy is used to describe the different times when one can either seek a refund or cancel an order in place. There are many circumstances when you can cancel an order. One example is when you have sent the wrong order. In seeking a refund, you can seek a refund if your assignment has not been completed within the agreed time. That is why we decided to write this policy to guide you on refunds, revisions, and cancellations. This cancellation policy is subject to changes from our team. Our cancellation policy
Either party can cancel an assignment. We can cancel a task you have assigned us if we notice illegal activities, especially on the payment of the task. Note that we are against money laundering, and it is against our practice and policies. The rule of law governs our platform, and therefore, we ensure that all activities on this platform are genuine. If you decide to cancel the order from your side, ensure that you do it within 30 minutes after placing it. This is because we assign the assignments to experts immediately after you make the order. Note that if you term your assignment as urgent and cancel it, you will not qualify for a refund. This is because we pay experts before completing an urgent task.
Our refund policy
Assurance is a very important factor in service delivery. To ensure that every client has confidence in our service, we have this refund policy. In this policy, we give you details on when and the methods you can follow to seek a refund from us. We are committed to delivering the best quality of work and on time. That is why in this policy, we state that should we fail to deliver your work within 24 hours after the deadline, and you can seek a full refund. You will rarely hear someone complaining about the late delivery of work here. Only natural causes or factors beyond our control can lead to us delivering work late. We have therefore put up the best infrastructure to reduce any possibility of inconvenience during service delivery.
When seeking a refund you need, you need to have evidence of why you are seeking a refund. You are expected to seek a refund in writing and send it to our official communication channels. You need to note that the refund will be sent to the same payment method you used to pay for the service.
It is normal getting a revision for a task that has been completed. Getting a revision does not mean that your work was done poorly. Sometimes it’s a small thing that needs to be added. Once we finish your work and you require a revision, contact us immediately. We do not charge for revisions. If you need a revision, you are expected to send it to our team three weeks after the submission. Note that revisions are different additional work. If you need additions to your assignment, that will be treated differently, and you will be required to make a different payment for the additional work.
When you can qualify for a refund
If you happen to make two payments for the same work, you are free to seek a refund for the extra payment. Note that you can as well send an extra task that matches the extra payment. If you need a refund, all you need to do is prove that you made two payments. We will then process a refund and have the extra money in your wallet as soon as possible.
If you happen to cancel an order before the lapse of 30 minutes after sending the work to us, you qualify for a refund. However, if you had stated that the task was urgent, you would not be eligible for a refund. Urgent tasks are started immediately after you send them to us.
We will refund your money if we fail to get a suitable tutor to work on your assignment within 24 hours. As much as there is a high demand for our tutors, we ensure that we have an expert ready to tackle a task before sending a quotation to you.
When you will not qualify for a refund
You will not qualify for a refund if you cannot prove that our service was not satisfactory. Verbal prove is not accepted here. We, however, accept attachments. We have a team responsible for quality control who will peruse through your attachments and contact you.
You will not qualify for a refund if you cancel an urgent task, an exam, a quiz, or any other form of an online assessment.
A refund will not be generated if you fail to initiate it within two weeks after the assignment was completed.
If you contacted one of our experts privately and made a direct payment to them, you are not expected to contact our team for a refund if things do not go as per your instructions.
